The right of withdrawal period begins on the day the product is delivered .
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us and submit your request in writing (e-mail, contact form, etc.).
Products to be returned must be unused and in resalable condition.
The product must be sent with its original packaging, invoice and return form.
The product shipping cost is covered by the customer , unless the product is defective.
Once we receive the returned product, the price will be refunded to you within 14 days using the method you used for payment.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products :
Products that are specially produced or personalized in line with the wishes of the consumer,
If the packaging of products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g. cosmetics, underwear, personal care products) has been opened,
Products that can spoil quickly or expire.
